Joshua Rogers graduated from Portland State University, United States, with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. He continued his education at the Univeristy of Edinburgh through a MScR in Biomedical Sciences, investigating the tropism of a pseudotyped lenetiviral vector designed for lung gene editing. In 2022 he began a Genetics and Genomics PhD program and has focused his research on genome editing and viral vector development for therapeutic target validation in lung. He is supervised by Sara Clohisey Hendry, Gerry McLachlan and Kenneth Baillie.
